The main purpose of this study is the assessment of BTOPMC model for blind test simulation in ungauged basins with using the global data sets that are available in the public domains. For this at the first step, the Mae Chaem is selected for a blind test application of BTOPMC. The necessary data sets for running the model are extracted from global data sets that are available in public domain rather than available ground based observations. The soil properties of all catchments are obtained using the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) soil map and for Land Cover data IGBP (International Geosphere Biosphere Program) will be used. For precipitation data, four WMO stations are used and Potential Evapotranspiration is estimated by using NOAA satellite images. The DEM and river network is generated from the USGS 30 arc second GTOPO30 data set.
