The expectations for information systems supporting the cooperations between medical care providers have been growing. But its usage has not made much headway. One of the reasons to prevent the spread is that it is difficult to integrate processes that have each historical background. This paper points out four perspectives for integrating processes referring to the case study of production information systems. The first is that it is necessary to make a distinction between “integration of processes” and “integrated management of processes”. The Second is that it is necessary to search control indicator for measuring the performance of integrated processes. The third is that it is necessary to clarify responsibility and authority of each department that carries out the processes. The fourth is that the three approaches of process management, information management and organization management must be integrated with each other.
