抄録
The author reported a case of suppurative meningitis which complicated with the cholesteatom otitis. From the clinical and operative views, the pathogeny of this case is considered that the meningeal extension of the inflammation seemed to be occurred from the brain-abscess near the left ventricle which occurred from the inflammation of middle ear, along by the sorrounding tissues of the 2nd branch of Durets vessel.
