抄録
ラットを用いてprefabricated osteomusculocutaneous flapを作製し, その血管新生の時期および血管新生後の骨の変化を骨膜あり群となし群に分け, 骨密度をCTにて測定し, 組織学的に評価する研究をおこなった.その結果, 血管新生は9日目頃より起こると考えられたが, そのflapを安全に他の部位へ移植可能となるまでには14日以上必要であることがわかった.また, 骨密度は骨膜あり群がなし群をつねに上回っていて骨膜有り群のほうが骨吸収が少ないという結果を得た.組織学的にもそれを裏付ける結果であった.
