We wish to present a cheap, rapid and environmentally-friendly procedure for enhanced immobilization of heavy metals in hazardous ASR combustion residue waste which is highly likely to be landfilled, by endeavoring through the use of innovative nanometallic Ca/CaO based composite materials.
