In this study, relationships between nose surface temperature and salivary amylase were examined in image stimulation stress. The infrared thermography and the salivary amylase monitor were used for the measurement of the surface temperature and salivary amylase, respectively. As a result, nose surface temperature was decreased immediately after onset of the stress load, on the contrary salivary amylase was increased. These responses are considered to be due to the excitement of sympathetic nerve. It might be useful to examine these changes immediately after stress load to understand the degree of stress.
