Today changes are so frequent and extensive so that we cannot predict the future. To cope with this situation, we have to team up to solve the problems. But if we team up with 11 best players, the team will not be the best. The best team is realized when every member of a team can adaptably change his role. Such an adaptable team will be the final winner. But our engineering education has focused on how we can grow up best players and we did not pay too much attention to how we can make our team adaptable enough and how we can increase such adaptability of each player. We should make our efforts to grow such adaptable engineers.
