Elasto-Plastic Finite Element Method to analysis of an asymmetric wire drawing process was applied in this study so that the effect of drawing stress, die pressure, distribution of temperature, distribution of internal stress during wire drawing and distribution of residual stress after wire drawing could be clarified. Sire the latest meeting, The study has been made to analysis of three-dimensional wire drawing process which could simulate the practical drawing process in detail, The result of analysis in the case both at the entrance and the exit of drawing angle will be presented.
