カーボン粉末還元処理によるTiO₂光触媒ボールの高機能化への探索

In this study, TiO₂/Ti photocatalyst film balls were prepared using Mechanical Coating Technique and oxidation at high temperatures. After that, nonstoichiometric TiO_2-x photocatalyst film balls were prepared by reduction treatment in carbon powder. In addition, the DOS and electronic band structure of TiO₂, nonstoichiometric TiO_2-x and Mageneli phase Ti₄O₇ were calculated by the first principle calculation with DFT. Influence of nonstoichiometric value on the photocatalytic activity was discussed.
