Sensor-less Compact Assembly Machine with CCD(Advanced machine tool)

Our goal is develop compact machine without sensors for inspecting parts and assembly actions. Through observing the actions by CCD camera, we studied Identification of assemble action, Adjustment support and Maintenance support. As a result, we achieved the 1/2 size of the conventional machine by removing sensors such as Proximity Sensor, Photoelectric Sensor, Auto Switch and wires.
