Recently, hydrogen production from steam-methanol reforming is paid attention as a clean energy. And, aluminum alloy microreactor is proposed as a steam-methanol reformer. However, productivity and dimension accuracy are incomplete in a current aluminum alloy microreactor. So, we suggested a possible beneficial effect of the Ni-W electroformed mold to micro press molding for aluminum alloy in this study.
