Many kinds of successes of small hydro-power generations in the open channel have been already reported. However, surface-tidal power generations used by a same method have not progress as an actual system enough. This means there are not only the potential gaps caused by the engineering difficulty and/or products cost but also the correct business plans to use these systems. In this paper, we consider the new values of the surface-tidal power generation systems under Isolated island engineering.
