The company's unique, high-value-added, multi-product, ultra-short delivery time business was realized by doing "what anyone can do" in "a way that no one has done before" based on its on-site responsiveness (ability to respond to unreasonable requests) that leverages its "Tomoiku" (co-education). Behind this is the existence of an information system. However, the reality was that Mishima, which has a large percentage of senior citizens, could not keep up with digitalization. Therefore, many efforts were made to help people become familiar with smartphones, PCs, and other devices, and the digitalization was supported by the creation of an environment where people did not feel alienated. In the Vietnam region, digitalization has reduced the sense of distance between Mishima and the region, and has become a source of vitality for new business.
