In Micro-Manufacturing, it is one of the important issues to develop micro assembly and welding technology in order to realize mechanical micro devices. In this paper, we present a newly developed technology of Micro-Welding System composed of Laser Head, Parts Feeder and Manipulator to assemble and weld.
