In Micro-Manufacturing, it is one of the important issues to develop micro assembling technology for micro-optical product. In this paper, we present a new mycrosystem that can assemble a lens with 1mm external diameter, a CCD and a lens flame-a very dificult task with conventional automatic assembly equipment.
