In this study, we present anneal effect of internal strain in steel material with laser welding by using synchrotron radiation white X-rays in SPring-8. Internal strain distributions were measured by the strain scanning method based on X-ray diffraction technique. A strong compressive strain appeared in the region of affected laser welding directly in welding material before annealing, and a weak compressive strain remained in the same region after annealing. We think that this cause is remained plastic strain generated by slip.
