It is called the time of cashflow management, and e-business in recent years. A customer's needs are strengthening the tendency of diversification and the formation of short time for delivery increasingly. In a manufacturing industry, curtailment of much more stock, curtailment of an overhead cost, and short time-for-delivery correspondence are required, and conversion to the production system which for that can synchronize with demand is pressing need. This paper describes synchronization of the printed circuit board assembly process which is one of the necks of the present production process.
