It is necessary to assign the workers at the appropriate position taking account of their difference of abilities. Adopting a worker's request to the assignment would attain the improvement of workers motivation. In this paper, we provide the worker assignment to bring out the best ability focusing on the individual worker's properties. The assignment plan has many criteria, where data envelopment analysis is adopted for multi dimensional evaluation.
