The karyotype is normally shown as a photomicrograph of the chromosomes arranged in a standard way (e.g. inSSS humans, chromosomes 1-22 and the sex chromosomes). The process of preparing such a photomicrograph is known as karyotyping. Individual chromosomes are indentified by chromosome banding and in a formal karyotype, photographs of chromosome pairs are aligned to provide a visual representation of the organism's chromosomal constitution. Karyotypes have many uses in cytogenetics for example, to distinguish different species and to detect visible chromosome aberrations. The karyotype is able to diagnose some kind of diseases such as hemophilia, hereditary anemia, hereditary diseases, and natural malformation, etc. The karyotyping procedures have many routine tasks such as searching metaphases, taking pictures, developing, editing, etc. There are several automatic karyotyping systems in order to reduce the task in advanced countries, hnowever, they are very expensive to our situation, applicable to only human chromosome, and too many functions to use easily. This study takes aim at high quality image resolution, and development of interface which can adjust brightness and contrast of image on-line. Also this system can be applied to animal and plants as well as human's chromosome.
