We introduce our practical method of engineering education, that is "Monodukuri Engineering Factory." In this approach, we tried to develop human resource from the both the management's and an engineer's point of view. Virtual enterprises had established to practice a management operation to master degrees and fourth grades students. Simultaneously, the first and second grades students practiced the introductory mechanical engineering by constructing bio-mimetic based robots. Our philosophical and educational method was to install industrial works to the faculty of engineering, as there are university hospitals to the faculty of medicine. The final goal of this practical education is to develop sustainable formation of spontaneous base of education of mechanical engineering.
