In this paper, we propose 2.5 dimensional touch screen which has tactile feedback. Users can interact the system without actual touch, and they can get tactile feedback by focused ultrasound. The system provides tactile stimulation not only when users pushed virtual buttons but also while pushing in the proximity of the screen. This preparatory stimulation area can be used for blind touch interaction and enriching tactile stimulation such as the compliance of virtual buttons. In this paper, we examined the usage for blind touch. The user study showed the method proposed in this paper needs 3.85 seconds for inputting each button in average.
