Image processing rehabilitation system in reference to mirror treatment method as a rehabilitation system for patients who have a paralytic hand was proposed in this study. The mirror treatment digital rehabilitation system is performed by superimposing an image of patient's hand on a reversed image of normal hand. The difference and symmetry difference between patient's and normal hand and the change in properties with time are detected and feed-backed to the patient. It was suggested that patient's paralytic grade and rehabilitation process can be evaluated quantitatively.
