Balance control is very important for humans. This capability is divided into two types, static and dynamic. Regarding static capability, some evaluation and training methods have been established. On the other hand, evaluation and training methods for dynamic capability have not been established. Therefore, we studied and developed equipment that can evaluate and train dynamic capability. In this study, we focused on step height of the equipment, with the idea that this influences the training effect. We designed and built an adjustable step that reduces the influence of any parameter except step height. We carried out training using this and examined the influence of step height on the training effect. The results showed that the training effect increased when the step height was high.
