This paper reports experiments of bioactuator powered by molecular motor. In our study, we used self-organization of kinesin and microtubules linking two pillars as model of regular arrangement of proteins. The organization is switched by optical irradiation. This method makes it possible to fabricate a contractile protein tissue more quickly and freely than fabrication of cell structure. We evaluated tension and bending movement of arm of the bioactuator. From these results, we study the process and principle of the self-organization, and potential as actuator. Then, we would be able to establish a build-up method of bioactuator from biomolecule only with self-organization.
