We aim to achieve massively parallel localized intracellular delivery for uniform transfection. Intracellular delivery of nucleic acids on a localized region is significant to control the quality of cells more precisely than the previous transfection methods. We propose an optical system to achieve localized intracellular delivery. Mechanical stages are assembled and operated for scanning cells. To fabricate the proposed device, we addressed a bonding process between different materials, SU-8 and PDMS. The bonding results show the possibility of obtaining the bonding strength necessary for device fabrication.
