Requirements on robots have large variety and they change often in the field. In order to deal with this needs, we propose a production system to produce a robot quickly. In the production system, the hardware and software are divided into appropriate elements and modularized. Users can assemble them to produce robots quickly on site. These days, STEM education activities sometimes use mobile robots. These activities also need quick production of robot system that matches to the required specifications like usual robot development process. The proposing modular production system works in this purpose. In this research, aiming STEM education activity with mobile robot, an implementation of modular robot system as a developer tool and the evaluation using SCAT method are shown.
