HOT患者の移動支援をするロボティックカートの開発

―特定の患者のニーズを基準にした小型軽量カート―

Home oxygen therapy (HOT) is a medical treatment for patients who suffer from lung problems, and the patients must receive highly concentrated oxygen to maintain a constant level of oxygen in their blood. Thus the patients must carry a portable oxygen. However, the total mass of the portable oxygen equipment is heavy enough to discourage patients from going out. In this paper we propose new design of the mobile robotic cart by referring to the opinions from one patient with specific diseases.
