A production of nanoparticles has been required in many fields such as production process for electronic materials, foods and medicine. By using a re-crystallization process, nanoparticles can be formed by quenching a solution. Therefore, the quenching speed is an important factor to obtain fine nanoparticles. In this study, a micro droplet-reactor system using micro droplets generated in microchannel to form fine nanoparticles have been fabricated and evaluated. The micro droplets has been quenched successfully. In this micro droplet-reactor system, the result shows that the proposed system is effective for the miniaturization and uniformization of the crystal particles.
