Abstract

Hydroponics as a plant factory is strongly attracting attention in Okinawa, because of its unsusceptible features for natural disasters such as typhoon and pests. Since agriculture population recently declines, proprietors of a plant factory tend to employ non-agricultural people including handicapped people. However, it is difficult to employ different types of diverse people because of their working skills and handicap characteristic differs. In this study, we quantification analysis of condition of being distressed using Bio-information and work support application.
