In this paper, we examined cane use that increases dynamic stability (MoS) by increasing BoS so that joint torque applied to the shoulder is not excessive. As a result, we were able to establish a guideline for cane use by focusing on two factors: cane tip position and cane load. Furthermore, the guideline was tailored to each patient by extracting the gait characteristics of each patient.
