Recently, there has been a rising demand for the use of peeling sheets as a form of medication due to their steady dosages and comfort. These peeling sheets need force measurement to ensure optimized application and patient comfort. The force measurement is important in order to improve the adhesive properties of the sheets. The purpose of this study is to perform a peel test on the Transdermal Drug Delivery sheet using a micro force sensor with a hydraulic driving mechanism. The mechanism uses a double grip to firmly grasp one side of the sheet, allowing for correct peeling. This method provides an accurate measurement of the force required to peel the Transdermal drug delivery sheets. This study will give significant information about the sheet's adhesive characteristics, which are critical to the success of the Transdermal drug delivery sheet (TDDS). This report discusses a method for estimating the adhesive force and mechanical properties of a sheet by measuring the force used to peel it off.
