The revised Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) clinical guideline 2024, developed using the GRADE approach, emphasizes transparency and rigor in its development. Following the 2020 Minds Manual, the guideline covers 16 steps, including conflict–of–interest management, evidence synthesis, and external evaluation. While systematic reviews followed international standards, areas like patient representation, the explanation of risks and benefits, and external stakeholder involvement require improvement. The guideline meets international criteria, such as IOM's eight standards, to ensure quality and reliability. Future efforts should focus on broader dissemination, incorporating patient tools, and conducting studies to evaluate guideline impact on healthcare quality.
