The purpose of this paper is to reveal usefulness of the study on the sequence landscape by the Moving-Image and to establish the method that can describe the space-estimation of the sequence of landscape by Moving-Image. As the frrst step this paper is a fundamental study by Moving-Image and prove the difference between of Picture-Image (Stopping-Image) and Video-Image (Moving-Image) from a view point of "Line-Elements". The results from the analysis of the subjects show that the Moving-Image is described more continuous than the Stopping-Image and the Stopping-Image more regular than the Moving-Image.
