This study is researching out the meanings of sidewalk-environment at water front comparing with variation of sequencial landscape and frequency of undulation . We selected 4 kinds of typical waterfront in Kyoto and investigated 5 side-walks sampled 50m in each of them. We analyzed sequencial images on them into visual quantity of space. As a result, we discovered that the form has clear difference on each other location. Finally, we could find effective method on continuous notation of waterfront street space .
