Importance of practical intformation exchange. Under these days of low economy, and in the middle of innovation to restructure industry aiming new technology based country, small corporate owners are forced to respond in a very serious manner. On the other hand, ability of management development differs and has limits, their respond vary in many ways. Above all, smal1 corporate owners are encouraged to implement broad industry information from different work field, install new technology and positive transfer, to improve the management and change industry for the coming new era.
