抄録
The basic training of way of thinking is still the most important point for education in special course field. However it mostly has not been done in education office except design field. In fact, it is expected to study system structure and results of several kinds of basic training method that carried out in work site and test the effective training in junior class. In this paper a classical training method (Brain storming) was used and ideal groups that obtained from investigating example were studied. An interesting tendency between the number and content of ideals and the property of tested people was appeared.
