This study proposes an approach to establishing an image database capable of real-time computer graphics systems and virtual reality systems applications to be shared among students and designers in spatial design based on a library system. As a preliminary survey, it discusses the associations between spatial attributes and their images in spatial design analyzing the questionnaire findings on the effects of ceiling froms in interior space. It concludes that a collection of such data will contribute to theestablishment of a computerized learning and teaching system in spatial design.
