Aichi Sangyo University, Department of Design established the Digital Design Courses in 1999. The main reason was that the importance of communication design using computers and networks was increasing. Although a definition of digital design and a specialization of design field were performed in order to examine the course feature and curriculum composition, educational systematization was imperfect because of the new field. This paper shows our ideas and methods of digital design educational systematization which are continued toward the reconsideration in 2004. We hope the educators who hold the same problem use this as the reference data and the opportunity of information exchange.
