Recent mobile communication technology provides us various opportunities on distant communication.However"distance"is not necessary feature of the technology.When people play local communication they can meet and work together at the same time and the same place.This paper presents one possible solution of local mobile communication.And we discuss a framework of design issues and study method of user activities for functional design development.
