Information communication technology which has developed rapidly in the late 1990s affected our living environment greatly. According to this, intellectual home, combined HA based on information & communication and home network, has been developed. In the future, it is expected that all appliances in house will be connected by network and provide convenient life to us. This study will investigate the developing trend of current intellectual home by researching and analyzing actual case of domestic intellectual home, and by analyzing applied cases to existing houses on the basis of cases of domestic intellectual home that are being used. As a result of it, developing direction of the system in the future can estimated.
