Through this process I describe the nature of value, the mechanism offiltered values in social work practice and design for a value system of social work. And I point out tasks of the study on values in social work. The value system consists of social welfare values and social work values, which is influenced by societal values, group values and individual values. Social worker produce values in one's practice, which are consistent with client's values, conflicting with professional values and and other values, using knowledge and skills. But values are invisible, so we can only guess them. Therefore value has risk. So we will need making a tool of the analysis of values as a profession of social work in order to have responsibility to clients.
