Research on the present conditions of wooden frame house（the fourth building) where precut was used

Abstract

In recent years, wooden houses have become more commonly produced using pre-cut systems, and the division of labor has progressed. With the change of the production system, the structure is breaking down. Therefore, in this study，the actual condition of the structure and precut factory is investigated. In terms of the structure, there were about 20% of the properties that were below the specified level in the specified wall quantity survey. In addition, a design improvement method is proposed to ensure a stable structure by design review.
