The results and experiences about the vacuum test in the cysltron at Osaka University is reported. The tests in several parts of the equipment were reported in Vol IV, vo.2 P1 (1953). This report contains general tests in the equipment. The final vacuum is 3.4×10-3μHg at the head of the diffusion pump and is 9.0×10-3μHg at the vacuum chamber.
