日本遺産の価値と評価―CVMによる実証分析―

This article reports the results of estimating the economic value of Japan Heritage using the contingent valuation method (CVM). The contingent valuation survey was conducted online with 515 participants from across Japan. The payment card approach was used to ask them about their willingness to pay for Japan Heritage.

According to the results of the analysis, the mean value of the willingness to pay was 1092 yen. Thus, based on this, the estimated total willingness to pay would be about 121 billion yen. In addition, it was clarified that bequest value and existence value have a significant positive impact on individuals’ willingness to pay.
