This study elucidates how the problems of the sixth industrialization in agriculture as well as problems affecting the relationship between agriculture, commerce, and industry can be overcome by public support.
Therefore, we analyze the support provided by one public support facility that includes a shared use processing plant to clarify its role and function.
Our results show that these six functions contribute to solving the above problems.
