市民活動分野におけるコーディネーターの力量形成に関する一考察

抄録

The big changing waves occur in local regions on the 21th century. Activities in the region are separating and individualizing between NPO types and regional types. They make the solution of regional problems difficulty, and court the lowering of regional autonomy. The connecting between NPO types and regional types is important for the strengthening of regional autonomy. The bringing up of coordinators is necessary for connecting. In this report, I show how to get the coordinator’s ability by analyzing some actual activities.
