This paper is comparison of prefecture science and technology basic plan. We are planning period, policy objectives and methodology, priority areas of science and technology development, position in science and technology policies were examined. The science and technology basic plan was established eight years ago on average. Science and technology basic plan were three key areas of environmental field, life sciences, and ICT. See the correlation between science and technology basic plan and science and technology budgeting could not.
