人工股関節置換術時の生体内吸収性骨接合材を用いた臼蓋移植骨固定の中期成績

抄録

Twenty-six cases of osteoarthritis of the hip joint were treated by total hip arthroplasty together with bone graft using bioabsorbable screws.
The follow-up term was over three years in all cases. All cases except one achieved bone union, and had no problems associated with bioabsorbable screws. Only one case of cemented socket showed collapse of the grafted bone and was revised.
Bioabsorbable screws are safe and useful for bone graft in total hip arthroplasty in place of metal screws.
