Developmental biology is based on four dimensional observations, height, width, depth and time, and it includes stereology, pattern formation and biogenerics. Cartilagenous otic capsule in rats were histochemically observed and development process are explained in the first and the second laws of thermodynamics.
The cartilage cells of the otic capsule in rats rapidly mature during the period from the 18th to 20th prenatal. Developmental process of cells necessitates an abundant supply of energy. The energy is function of state of the first law and entropy is that of the second law of the thermodynamics.
It is considered that the energy and entropy are kept by vascularization.
