Amorphous silicon integrated type X-ray sensors are fabricated. Technical data on the fabrication conditions and resulting X-ray sensitive performance are described. As an example of application, some operational tests for X-ray computed tomography (XCT) have been carried out. The results show that the device developed in this work may provide a variety of potential applications in medical, scientific and industrial fields.
